Firearm registration applies to all restricted and prohibited firearms purchased within Canada. (possession and acquisition license) is required to acquire firearms and ammunition. The Auctioneer may reject a bid at his discretion without reason or explanation. All goods advertised or displayed are subject to withdrawal prior to sale within the discretion of the auctioneer. All merchandise is sold in an 'as is' condition without recourse to the vendor. All sales are final and not subject to conditions with no refunds or exchanges. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and the decision of the auctioneer relating to all matters is final. You are accepting all our Terms and Conditions, Buyers Premiums, Taxes, Shipping and Payment stipulations when you place a bid at our auction.

If shipping is required for the purchases, a second charge will occur the day the item has been shipped. All items purchased by bidders will be charged to their Visa or Mastercard at the conclusion of the auction through the ICollector site. All sales are final at the drop of the hammer. NOTE TO ALL BUYERS: All purchases will be made in CAD (Canadian Dollars) currency. Costs for shipping are processed on your credit card through the ICollector site.ДЄuction sales will be charged to Visa or Mastercard.
